      It's not the container that's frozen, It's what's inside.^.^ This literally COOL garbage container keeps the garbage from getting smelly by putting it below freezing point. What's more is that on the top of its lid is an antibacterial blue light that prevents bacteria formation. But this is just a conceptual gadget though. The thought is nice but this will surely add up to your electric bill and making it more of a liabilty. Good for people who can afford.^.^
